Paris Tour includes a week at the Louvre and hidden Parisian Museums for art lovers. Photographers study in a workshop with a Parisian photographer on basic camera operation and more complicated techniques with digital cameras. Artists paint along the Seine and in their accommodations with the guidance of a well-known painter who will provide instruction and critiques.
All travelers will have the vast and incomparable collection in Musée du Louvre at their fingertips. Art lovers will have guided tours with an Art Historian as well as time to explore Paris on their own. Historical walks and lectures over champagne are provided.
Our hotel accommodations at Hotel Dauphine, by Pont Neuf, are in the heart of the Latin Quarter, within a short walking distance to Boulevard St. Michel, St. Germain des Près, Montparnasse and the Marais. Our goal is for you to feel at home quickly in this famous quarter and to experience the Parisian culture intimately.
You will have time to experience other parts of the City of Light: fabulous restaurants, charming cafés, the Grands Magasins, public gardens and patisseries. January in Paris is lively with holiday celebrations without the multitude of tourists so museum lines are short, viewing of art and monuments more pleasurable, and walking more enjoyable.
